Uncoded NPC?

I'm not sure if it's a bug or not. But some NPCs in Dead Man's Gorge, Happyville, have no use. They have a message like " I am an un-coded NPC, please whisper a GM suggesting an use, my ID is 0000000 (Example). Or something like that. Maybe you could use them, and have NPC's selling fame. A Boss spawning NPC. And those who think that FM22 are a boss map, it isn't ._.

Please Give Me The Npc id and i will be happy to fix this problem.
